The CNC machine shop here at Wire-Tech is well-equipped to handle even the most complex designs. CNC machining is a subtractive manufacturing process that uses rotating computer-controlled cutting tools like drills, end mills, and turning tools to create the part from a solid block of material.
By using Digital design files (e.g. DWG, STEP and IGES), the CNC machine creates precise cuts in the block (base solid) along with multiple copying machines at the same time, which greatly increases the speed of the production process thereby producing multiple items.
